Special Events:

The Licking County Tea Party in collaboration with the OSU Newark Tea Party are hosting the 12th District Congressional Debate. The debate will take place at Founders Hall, Newark Campus, on Saturday, February 25th, 2:00 - 4:00 P.M.

Candidates Republican Pat Tiberi, Republican Bill Yarbrough as well as Democrats Jim Reese and Doug Litt will be there to take questions from a three panel questionnaires and from the audience during the second half of the debate. This is open to the general public. Please make plans to attend as this may be a very interesting debate. Arrive early, as it is expected to be a capacity plus crowd.

Starting April 5th, 2011, the Licking County Tea Party will be hosting a study of the U.S. Constitution. This will be presented by a professional Constitutional teacher and will be done in segments. If you have or can get the "5000 Year Leap" book please do so as this is a helpful study tool and guide.

The Licking County Tea Party encourages you to keep hammering all members of Congress, as well as all Senators in protest of the Health Care Bill, other issues of corruption, including un-Constitutional activities. Write letters to newspaper editors. Do not limit your letters to just our local newspapers.
